There has always been a great deal of controversy as to whether the Gospel age will conclude with a great harvest or a dreadful apostasy and a falling away from the Faith. The controversy arises because the Bible appears to support both of these seemingly contradictory possibilities. Therefore the  lines have been drawn for and against the probabilities. However, I believe the controversy can quickly be solved when we realize that both indications are true and that both positions will happen at one and the same time. Possibly the easiest way to understand  this is to recognize that the images of both the church in Philadelphia and that of Laodicea, will be present in the End Time Church.  The church in Philadelphia will have  an open door that no man can close. The lukewarm church in Laodicea was about to be spewed out from the Lord's mouth. Sadly the spirit of Laodicea has invaded much of the Church today, particularly in the Western world. The Lord's exhortation should therefore be heeded by all believers. We need to pay attention to the instruction of the Lord.

Newly Updated - Most Christian commentators today predict only doom and gloom for Israel in the prophetic future. However I firmly believe that God has a very different agenda for Israel and it is thrilling and exciting. In fact God has made many glorious prophetic pledges to Israel promising peace, prosperity, exaltation and great spiritual blessings in the future.
Sadly the Church has taken most of them to herself leaving Israel with only predictions of gloom and judgment to be experienced during the Great Tribulation. The Church has also assigned the many positive promises for Israel to a fulfilment in the Millennium, but I personally believe that many of these prophecies will actually be fulfilled long before the Millennium.A considerable number of these predictions were made through the writings of Isaiah.
I believe the fulfilment of these and others will transpire following the fulfilment of Zechariah 12: 9, 10.
The world is currently faced with several possible disasters including global warming, economic collapse and new deadly diseases.
However the greatest and most imminent threat is in the Middle East in a war that is about to be unleashed upon Israel which will have the potential to seriously devastate the whole world.
This war will undermine the social, political, economic and religious aspects of world society. It is a war that will be conducted by fanatical Islamic forces in their determined ultimate purpose to assume total world domination. Although Islam presents itself publicly as a religion of peace it is actually a religious, political ideology with ambitions to transform the world into an international enclave of Islam.
No political humanistic power can defeat the determined objective of Islam. Only the authority of Jehovah the true God, can achieve victory over the principality of Allah.
Middle East Peace
The Middle East is a historical and political region of Afro-Eurasia with no clear boundaries.
The term "Middle East" was popularized around 1900 in Britain.
It has a loose definition traditionally encompassing countries or regions in Western Asia and parts of North Africa.
The Church & Israel
It is a sad yet undeniable fact that most Christians today seem to be totally and willingly ignorant of the fact that the church of Jesus Christ has a truly Jewish origin and that it also has a common destiny with Israel in the manifest Kingdom of God as foretold by the Jewish prophets Isaiah and Micah as well as the majority of all the other Biblical prophets.
The Importance Of Jewish Roots
For many Christians, the Jews and Judaism seem like the last place to learn anything about Christianity.
Christianity and Judaism appear to be opposites. It sounds heretical even to suggest that Jesus, Peter, Paul, and John were Jews.
How World Peace Will Come
All nations long for peace. Leaders negotiate for it. Armies fight for it. Many pray for it. Yet it remains more elusive than ever.
But the Bible says that it will come-and soon. Here's how!
How Jesus Christ Fulfills The Old Testament
The three-year ministry of Jesus Christ, culminating in his death and resurrection and his establishment of his church, makes all the difference in the transition from the Old Testament or Covenant to the New Testament or Covenant.
In those three short years he ushered in a new era of salvation, although the old era contained the seeds of the new.

Looking Through Gods Eyes
What does the future hold for Israel?  Will the UN and EU succeed in bringing peace to the Middle East?
Who are we to believe and how should we pray?
Biblical Watchmen
Ezekiel 3:16-18.
Now it came to pass at the end of seven days that the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
"Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me:  NKJV
Israel & The Olive Tree
Throughout the Scripture the Olive Tree is consistently used as a symbol for Israel.
The Olive Tree also symbolizes faithfulness and steadfastness.
Jehovah Is God!
All we know for certain about the prophet Joel is his name, which in Hebrew means, "Yahweh is God." Joel describes in very vivid and dramatic language the effects of a locust plague-an attack by so many locusts flying over the land that they completely block out the sun causing a time of deep darkness. Joel goes on to compare the resulting darkness with the day of the Lord, a special event he refers to several more times. On that day God will judge and punish the nations that have hurt Israel. Joel prays to God and warns the people that the Lord will send his army to fight for justice.
Common Roots & Destiny
The Emergence Of The Church
Many Christians refer to the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2, as the "birth of the church."  However, Acts 7:38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sinai, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: KJV

As America Has Done To Israel
Gen 12:1  The LORD said to Abram, "Leave your country, your relatives, and your father's home, and go to a land that I am going to show you.
Gen 12:2  I will give you many descendants, and they will become a great nation. I will bless you and make your name famous, so that you will be a blessing.
Are The Jews Really Special
Exodus 19:5-65 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. 6 And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.' These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel." NKJV
Jesus Through Jewish Eyes
Here is a man who was born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman.  He grew up in another village.  He worked in a carpenter's shop until he was thirty, and then for three years was an itinerant preacher.  He never wrote a book.  He never held an office.  He never owned a home.  He never had a family.  He never went to college.
He never traveled two hundred miles from the place where he was born.  He never did one of the things that usually accompany greatness.  He had no credentials but himself.
12 Reasons Why Every Christian Should Stand With Israel
All Bible believing people should stand with Israel.  In the Bible, God introduces Himself  many times as "The God of Israel"  and two thirds of the scriptures (Old Testament) are dedicated to the people of Israel, their history and their destiny. God will never finish with Israel.
God's First Born - Israel
A story is told about a European emperor who asked a Christian missionary to summarize the Bible in one word. "Your Majesty, you want me to summarize the 66 books of the Bible in one word?" the missionary asked. "Yes," the emperor answered. "Then, give me three days to fast and pray." Three days later the missionary came back to the Emperor. "Your Majesty, the Bible could be summarized in one word: Israel."
"Elaborate," the emperor requested.
Is A Secret Rapture Coming
This could be one of the most important pieces of literature you will ever read. Why?
Civilization is on a collision course with unprecedented world trouble. Global problems will soon grow much worse, culminating in the Great Tribulation, followed by the year-long Day of the Lord, concluding with the Return of Christ. The vast majority of mankind is blissfully unaware of-and therefore utterly unprepared for-what lies ahead.
All books and articles are published in P.D.F. format and are free to download.
"The Church of the future is irreversibly tied to its historic origins yet inevitably bound to the everlasting future. Therefore, it must always be effectively relevant to it's time."
The Church universal is presently standing on the very edge of a dramatic new prophetic era. To meet the challenges and reap the harvest of that era, there must be many substantial changes in the Church. Such a transformation was predicted in Acts 3:21.
Acts 3:21 Whom heaven must receive (retain)
until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

The outpouring of the Spirit  will come in direct fulfilment of Joel 2:28, when the Holy Spirit will be poured out on ALL flesh. Prior to that God will have poured out His Spirit on Israel .
God will not visit all humanity until He has visited Israel. We need to consecrate ourselves afresh NOW to be part of God's great End Time Harvest.
As we believers, prepare the way of the Lord through prayer, intercession and divine authority, the harvest of the nations will be reaped. Supernatural signs and wonders will finally convince the entire heathen world that there is truly a creator God who rules the nations.  Whole nations will be ushered into God's Kingdom.

An Imminent War In The Middle East
The Bible is more up to date than tomorrow's Newspaper. It is a book of history which is also the most accurate and reliable book of prophecy, predicting all the events that will happen at the end of this turbulent age in which we live. A dramatic event will soon happen in the Middle East that will transform the nation of Israel and subsequently impact every nation on earth.
Israel's Immediate Future
Zechariah is an Old Testament prophetic book that portrays the coming glory of the MESSIAH. Many scholars describe Zechariah as "the most Messianic of all the Old Testament books" because it contains eight specific references to the Messiah in its brief 14 chapters.
I firmly believe that Zechariah 12 is currently the most important chapter in the Bible. I say this because I believe it contains a vivid and accurate description of an amazing event in Bible prophecy that will have its fulfillment in the very near future.

An Imminent Event Part 2
Of all the major issues that currently face our world and its future security the one most likely to happen next is a massive attack on Israel by all Israel's nearby neighbors backed by Iran. The clear indications of such an attack have been proclaimed and demonstrated by feverish activities on the part of Iran together with Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon. The attack,  although made directly on Israel, will have devastating worldwide repercussions powerfully affecting every nation on earth.
Pathway To Adventure is, in brief, a story of how Gerald and Elizabeth  have followed the leading of God's Spirit to live and minister in various parts of the world. In these chapters they tell of some of their experiences whilst "following the cloud of His presence."

A considerable part of the book relates to a "vision" that Gerald experienced in 1964 in Klemzig, South Australia. Obviously a vision may contain certain subjective elements and he realises that much of what he "saw" was actually what his spirit longed to see in Australia.  However, it is also true that much of the vision was actually fulfilled in some considerable detail within the next few years during what came to be known as the "Charismatic Renewal."  As for its finale, which is yet to be fulfilled, this will have to be prayerfully appropriated as the Holy Spirit seeks to move in a new and fresh manner in the earth. May God prepare our hearts to embrace His great purpose for our land!

Isaiah the prophet in his End Time dissertation urges all his readers to focus specific attention upon Abraham.
Isaiah 51:2-3
2 Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, and blessed him and increased him."
3 For the LORD will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; Joy and gladness will be found in it, thanksgiving and the voice of melody. NKJV
Could it be that the Abrahamic Covenants hold the key to universal peace and is the ONE NEW MAN the ultimate result of those covenants?
A brief commentary on Zechariah 12

Zechariah is an Old Testament prophetic book that portrays the coming glory of the MESSIAH. Many scholars describe Zechariah as "the most Messianic of all the Old Testament books" because it contains eight specific references to the Messiah in its brief 14 chapters.
The 14 chapters of Zechariah fall naturally into two major sections: chapters 1-8, the prophet's encouragement to the people to finish the work of rebuilding the Temple, and chapters 9-14, Zechariah's picture of Israel's glorious future and the coming of the Messiah. The second major section of Zechariah's book, chapters 9-14, contains God's promises for the new age to come.

The accelerated tempo and increasing complexity of life in recent years is adversely affecting many people, particularly those in the various caring professions who are frequently burdened with the problems and anxieties of many other persons in addition to their own. The added pressures of modern life, which were virtually unknown in previous generations, are creating stress factors that make coping with modern life decidedly more difficult.
Partly because of these factors an extremely serious condition has begun to beleaguer many clergymen, Christian workers and welfare workers in the past few years. Of course it also plagues many other persons in other professions. The constant pressures of modern life can detrimentally affect anyone whatever their role in life. It is a serious threat that appears to be troubling millions of persons today, yet relatively little seems to be known about it and few people appear willing to seriously address its reality.  This may be particularly true in some Christian  communities where for various reasons it may be seen by some as a failure of faith.

A Fresh Look At The Second Coming

Millions of Christians around the world believe that one day Jesus will return to the clouds and that all Christians will rise to meet Him in the air to return with Him to heaven (1 Thessalonians 4:16). Although this is a very popular and convenient doctrine credit for its origin generally goes to John Nelson Darby, a 19th-century theologian. The rapture is widely taught and believed in Christianity today. Popular books and movies spin themes around this doctrine that essentially teaches Christ will come back twice, first coming only into the atmosphere to snatch believers away to heaven for several years; then actually returning to set foot on the earth. The special attraction to this possibility is that Jesus will supernaturally withdraw the Church to heaven from its earthly scene just before the Great Tribulation thus affording a convenient absence from the horrific tribulation outlined in Revelation.  In complete contrast the Jews are left to experience another holocaust that covers the earth. What if Christ's  return to earth will happen in a very different manner and how might  that transpire?
The "Now And Not Yet Kingdom."

The kingdom of God is something that Jesus continually spoke about. It was very clearly His main topic. At times He said, "The kingdom is here," while at other times, He proclaimed, "The kingdom is coming." Many Christians believe that the kingdom is within them and if their lives are truly fully surrendered to the King they are right to a degree. However, the Kingdom that Jesus was really announcing was the Kingdom that will ultimately be physically established on planet earth. The kingdom has already come in the hearts of those who have truly understood the message and actually made Christ the king of their lives, but Jesus is soon returning to reign as King over this earth. The world scene is about to be radically transformed as the King of the universe takes His place on the throne in Jerusalem. Believing Jews and Gentiles will be united as the "One New Man" in order to take their place in the government of the near future.

Ezekiel 29:21 "And the day will come when I will cause the ancient glory of Israel to revive, and then at last your words will be respected. Then they will know that I am the LORD." NLT
The ancient city of Jerusalem is presently occupying centre stage of world attention because of its apparently uncertain future. So fierce is the dispute concerning Jerusalem's future that many people can only visualize a violent war and ultimate destruction for the city the name of which ironically means "City of peace."  But Almighty God does not agree with this possibility. Not only does He intend to supernaturally rescue the city from a violent attack,  He also intends to renew Jerusalem to a glory it has never yet experienced.
When Muhammed died 14 centuries ago, the Muslim world needed someone to take the prophet's place. "The caliphate became  the leadership of Islam after the death of Muhammad the prophet of Islam,"
"The major aim of the caliphate is to rule the world and this can be done under the leadership of one caliph and only he himself can declare a a jihad or holy war." Some believe a restored caliphate will precede the Islamic messiah. While they may disagree on tactics, many modern Islamic groups share the goal of restoring the caliphate. These include the Taliban, al Qaeda, Hamas, Hizb ut-Tahrir, and the grandfather of them all, the Muslim Brotherhood.

The vicious attack on Israel, vividly described in Psalm 83 and Zechariah 12, is much more than it initially appears to be. Israel's enemies, blatantly and brutally describe their aim to "wipe Israel off the map that even its memory will be no more". This often repeated threat is in itself a very serious objective. However, the real truth is that this attempted assault   is actually an absolute necessity to their true ultimate purpose which would be the establishment of a new Islamic caliphate with its capital in the city in Jerusalem.
The new caliphate which would initially rule the whole Middle East, is intended to ultimately spread much further until it brings every nation on earth under strictest Islamic rule. This attack is therefore a prelude to war on the whole non Islamic world.  Israel will be the first essential line of defence. If, God forbid, the attack were successful, the whole world would then come under fierce attack,  and the winners would presumably rule the world. This horrific possibility is a fearful prospect, but if that rule is actually  the rule of the Anti-Christ, even the remote possibility of this happening should strike fear  prayer and faith  into every heart.

With a constantly expanding population of 1.6. billion adherents, the future of Islam in the world should be on the mind of every person, and particularly the minds of Christians everywhere. We should be seriously and urgently asking ourselves "What will be the future for Islam and how will it impact on the world and on the Church?"  Islam's presence and influence in the world is growing daily. Its ultimate intention is to dominate the whole world, establishing Islam as the most powerful force on earth. The prophetic belief of Islamic fundamentalist pictures an Islamic kingdom that will rule the world. The extremists that fiercely believe this, are active already planning the initiatives that will prepare the way for such a world rule. Islamic belief proposes that the world into which the Mahdi will make his entrance will be one of international chaos, confusion, terror and destruction.  If we do not give close attention to what the Bible predicts about this serious issue we will never know the answer to such threats. Islam is purposefully increasing its presence and influence through planned natural reproduction, migration, and terrorism. Surely the Bible must have something to say about this remarkable predicted phenomena.

How will Israel defeat Islam
An Examination Of  The Most Important Prophecy Of Scripture In This Day.
A massive attack will soon be launched on Israel by all the nations on Israel's borders supported by Iran.  These nations are all Islamic nations who believe that the land on which Israel is presently established is actually Islamic land. The attack will be launched with such force that initially it will appear capable of attaining its objective which is the total annihilation of Israel. But God will look with special favour upon Israel.
